Our Story
Phoenix Fashion, located in the heart of the downtown Los Angeles Fashion District, is the U.S. affiliate of HS Fashion Industries Group, a global garment manufacturer with roots dating back to 1968 in Hangzhou, China. We partner with brands to transform thoughtfully designed concepts into high‑quality, ready‑to‑wear garments, produced through sustainable and responsible manufacturing practices.
Our downtown LA showroom is a creative space designed for collaboration. From fabric exploration and sourcing to trend research, patternmaking, fit, and sampling, our in‑house team partners with designers through every step of the development journey.
With our own production facilities across China, Cambodia, and Vietnam, we connect creativity with scalable manufacturing. Phoenix Fashion manages sourcing, development, and production with transparency and precision, supporting brands as they grow and building lasting partnerships in an ever‑evolving fashion landscape.
